Solatorobo: Half-Life Ch. 23Like the pirate before her, Suzette lunged at Gordon with a war cry. Gordon swiftly rolled to the side, causing Suzette to slam into the arena wall. Suzette shook it off and faced Gordon.
"Pretty good, but I'm way better!" Suzette lunged again. With all his might, Gordon somersaulted right over Suzette. Seizing the opportunity, Gordon held out his crowbar and gashed out a part of the backside of Suzette's mech all before Gordon landed on his feet. Warning alarms could be heard from Suzette's control panel. Suzette turned to Gordon again. "How?!" She exclaimed. Gordon smirked silently as Suzette seemed to mash every button on her control panel, causing the mech to swing its arms violently at Gordon, with Gordon dodging every single swing. Eventually, Gordon grabbed both of the mech's arms. The groaning and creaking of straining machinery could be easily heard, as well as Gordon's own groaning. Gordon gritted his teeth violently, using every ounce of his and the H.E.V. suit's strength to
A walk with Delphox"Hey Delphox, you wanna go for a walk?" I called from the front door to my male Delphox who was lying down on the rug in my living room. His ears perked up when he heard the word "walk" and he stood up on his legs and scurried over to me happily.
"Del! Delphox!" Delphox yipped happily.
"You always love going on walks, don't you boy?" I smiled and scratched his chin, which Delphox murred in reply. I live in Vaniville Town with my mom and, of course, Delphox. It was a crisp, sunny day-perfect for a walk. Delphox and I decided to stroll down Route 1 and find a place to sit down and just take in the scenery. With Delphox next to me, I opened the large, wooden gates of Vaniville Town and started our walk. The weather couldn't have been any more beautiful. Fletchlings were streaking the nearby air and singing their usual songs. I turned to Delphox.
"How do you like the weather, Delphox? I'm sure a fire-type such as yourself absolutely adores this weather." I smiled.
"Del.", Delphox smiled no
Sly Cooper: Infinite Raccoonus"Elizabeth! I could use some salts here!" A man shooting at some police officers shouted to a woman in a blue dress next to him.
"Catch, Booker!" Elizabeth tossed the man a vial of a blue liquid, which he drank immediately.
"Much obliged." Booker replied as he turned back to the police officers shooting at him. Booker held out his hand and sent out a flock of crows that began to tear apart the officers as the officers screamed in agony. Booker quickly pulled out a heater while the men were distracted and disintegrated them all in one blast. Booker exhaled in relief. The shooting was over...for now. The man walked up to a nearby railing and lean against it, but was careful not to lean too far as they were in a floating city over 10,000 feet in the air. If someone fell, it was all over. Booker rubbed his head and groaned. "How much longer must this go on..." before Elizabeth could reply, a cheerful sounding tune on what sounded like whistles started playing nearby. The duo quickly turned
Dust: An Elysian Tail review for English class Ever since the dawn of video games in the 1970's and 1980's, adventure games have been a staple of video game culture ever since. As time went on, adventure games evolved: their graphics became richer and more advanced, and the story lines became deeper and more meaningful. I have recently played an adventure game for PC called, "Dust: An Elysian Tail". After I played the game, I feel it deserves a high rating for many reasons and aspects.
Dust: An Elysian Tail was created by the hand of one man named Dean Dodrill, save voice acting, the soundtrack, and some co-writing. Dean Dodrill owns a small studio called Humble Hearts, where he wrote the whole script, programmed the entire game and drew everything seen in the game. Dust: An Elysian Tail was first released on August 15th, 2012 for the Xbox Live Arcade and was released on May 24th, 2013 for PC. This is the first sign of a good game: much effort put into an entire game from mostly one person.
The first aspe
After Dust: Chapter 3"I see no more threat from Gaius or him army: seeing as how he's dead, his army should dissolve with ease." Dust explained.
"I see..." Ginger paused as Dust adjusted himself on the bed. Fidget flew closer to Dust.
"I guess we should be glad that Gaius wasn't a Sen-Mithrarin as well. Who knows what kinda wrath he'd unleash." Fidget shivered.
"Dust, do you feel any better?" Ginger asked.
"Let me see..." Dust swung his legs over the edge of the bed and attempted to stand up. Surprisingly, he shot right up on his feet with out collapsing. He was fit as a fiddle. "Wow! I feel...better than ever, in fact! I feel like I could take on Gaius' army if I had to!" Dust smirked.
"*sigh*...please don't jinx us..." Fidget sighed.
"Dust, are you sure you're okay?" Ginger asked curiously.
"Yeah, I feel full of energy again." Dust smiled.
"Well...okay." Ginger replied. Suddenly the sound of faint cheering could be heard from outside. It grew louder and louder until it sounded like it was right outside t

Gaius is dead and his army is defeated. Comstock is dead and the Vox Populi are crushed. A man with a 5 o'clock shadow and wearing raggedy clothes was standing in what he can only describe as a dark and empty void with no life. All he could remember was that he was with a woman-actually,duplicates of the same woman-at a river and he...he was drowned by the women, and now he was in this strange void.
"Hello?...Is anyone there?" the man shouted. No reply. Suddenly, a bright light shone next to him, and lying there was a humanoid creature unlike anything he's ever seen before. The creature was about his height, but looked like a rabbit-fox hybrid with teal- colored fur. He wore some kind of robe with a large hat that covered his eyes. The man stared at the creature in shock until the creature began to stir, causing the man to take a stance in case the creature was hostile. The creature moaned as he sat up, r
Milo x Cynthia“Alfred, if you’re looking for a mystery, maybe you can solve who’s been sending me these ‘secret admirer’ letters.” Milo groaned, sliding the letter to the other side of the table to Alfred who swept it up into his paws. “P.S., this is the third one this week.”
“Three? In just this week?” Camille sat up from a hammock with a quizzical look.
“That’s right. Whoever this girl is, she must like me a lot.” Milo placed his paws behind his head as Alfred began to read the letter out loud.
“Dear cutie pie,
The gleam of your salt-and-pepper fur never fails to catch my eye, and when I see you out in the open, I can’t help but feel woozy with joy at the sight of you. Even though you’re not as brave as the others, you’re still brave in my eyes. I’d tell you who I am, but you would never believe me, until now. On the day I give this letter to you, meet me at the edge of the lake at the dock
After Dust: Chapter 2Dust slowly but surely limped through Aurora Village with Fidget hovering next to him and Ahrah following.
“Where do you think we should we rest?” Dust inquired, trying to hold back his grunts.
“Hmm…maybe someone will let us lodge with them. After your heroism, there’s no doubt they’ll say yes.” Fidget replied.
“Well, if that’s our only choice then let’s do that, but who would we lodge with?” Dust inquired again.
“Let’s see…definitely not that snob Gianni…Reed would probably mutter in his sleep and keep us up…” Before Fidget could finish, Dust stopped in front of a house they have passed quite a few times during their journey: it was Ginger’s house. Fidget and Ahrah stopped as well.
“You’re still thinking about the fact that her brother’s soul lives within you aren’t you, Dust?” Ahrah asked calmly. Dust silently nodded.
“I just can’t
After Dust: Chapter 1“Dust…please let that be you…” Fidget murmured hopefully while chasing the Sword of Ahrah which was following a teal-colored wisp that was soaring towards Aurora Village. It was all over: General Gaius is dead along with his army, but at the cost of that, Dust with them…or so everyone thought. Fidget continued murmuring hopefully to the wisp as if the wisp could hear her. “Dust, if that really is you, please tell me. Heck, I’ll kiss you if it is you.”, Eventually the wisp stopped at the edge of Aurora Village, making Ahrah and Fidget stop as well. Fidget, trying to hold back potential tears of joy, turned to Ahrah.
“A…Ahrah…” Fidget stuttered as the mystical blade spoke up.
“Yes, Fidget, I know.” Ahrah replied calmly as the wisp suddenly flashed, causing Fidget to yelp and jump back a bit. The wisp began to spin in place, accelerating and kicking up a gust, causing Fidget to shield her eyes. Sudden

This little tale I’m telling you could get drab really fast. The following days I didn’t have a whole lot to report. This ‘work’ that Cedric partook in made him have a similar schedule each day. He would make some kind of breakfast for us in the morning and then head off to work, remaining there much of the day. Speaking purely from an observational military standpoint, it wasn’t the best of choices he could have made. With so much time away from his base it could have easily been taken over by another Human, or an alien kitty.
After some time I had gotten him trained to remember to make me some food for lunch and dinner before he left instead of just breakfast. I suppose I could’ve figured it out myself but that wasn’t particularly interesting.
Every day had been nearly the same as the one before. Sit, eat, look around, observe the occasional life form outside of the household and bat at the toys Cedric had picked up at the l

The cave was dark. The night outside was cold. The thunder outside echoed deafeningly against the cave walls even though there was no end to the labyrinth of a cave system in sight.
As I walked through the cave, I couldn't help but wish that Dan could have joined me on my expedition for some gold - butter - ore. Cave knew the caves better than anyone. His name had a meaning, after all.
I was almost certain I was close to the surface as I heard raindrops pounding above me. I couldn't help but smile as I quickened my pace, holding my torch up high.
Then a terrifyingly familiar scream split the air and I stopped dead in my tracks, my blood running cold. My eyes widened and I spun around to look into the darkness of the cave behind me. "Adam." I whispered. I broke into a run back into the cave. "Adam!" I shouted, calling out to him.
He didn't respond. I ran faster. Wherever he was, he was in trouble. I had to

“Kitty? Here kitty, kitty.”
My ears perked up but I was still face down on the pillow in my favorite cardboard box.
“Kitty.” I heard again.
I grumbled and pushed myself up partially. Cedric hadn’t quite picked up on the fact I wasn’t exactly the same as their Earth cats. Oh well, another day.
I crawled out of my bed. Command Center and such didn’t seem fully coherent yet so I had to rely on my own knowledge. I navigated through the door and blinked a few times to get my Visual Scanners working—eyes that is. Or well that is the closest thing I can relate my high tech properties to. A doctor would call them the same exact thing but how boring is that?
“Right here.” I commented and waited to hear him again.
“Oh, there you are.” He appeared from behind and picked me up before I could protest. “How you feeling today, Kitty?”
Qwuedeviv Crew 52: It's Just Like in the Movies!
I was awake bright and early—I think noonish or so. I had already started the day out right by munching on a bowl of sugared flakes of Earthian meal and had every intention of going outside to frolic in the yard. The land serpent was out of commission after I had cut it open with the scissors the other day.
Oh yeah, some time had gone by since the previous log but nothing had been particularly noteworthy. In fact, despite how intense and life changing the events that day should have been, life had gone completely back to normal. Mr. Smith had never hunted me down; Cedric hadn’t even asked me more about my resources and knowing such coded military language. No, he had more important things to rant about apparently.
Things like telling me to clean up after myself. Wash the dishes. Use the lint brush on the chair if you’re going to insist on sitting on it. Wash your clothes every once in a while. Don’t stand on the table. Wash your paws, brush you
Qwuedeviv Crew 52: Chapter Nine
Getting the ‘cactus needles’ out was not a fun process. We had worked on the easier ones earlier; the ones in my paws and such. I wasn’t about to trust the Human to deal with the others though. No one touched my tail, and Hindquarters was a sensitive region.
“But they’ll get infected.” Cedric insisted again. “And sore. Then we’ll have to take you to a vet or wherever you take an alien cat and get you treated or something.”
“Not to mention you won’t be able to sit.”
“I’ve always preferred standing.”
He huffed and tried to grab one stuck in my tail fur anyway. I got out of the way and hissed.
“Oh come on.”
He crossed his arms and stood there rigidly, tapping a foot.
“Well obviously you just want to hurt then, is that what it is? You want to have to go to the v
Qwuedeviv Crew 52: Chapter Eleven
Across the parking lot and back towards the forest that I had pranced through earlier I charged onward in an all-out sprint. I probably didn’t look like anything more than a bluish gray blur. Mr. Smith was chasing me and calling out to me. I couldn’t really understand what he was saying but I also didn’t want to.
I slipped on some of the needly leaves from a tree and went tumbling head over heels for some unknown length of time. Felt like an eternity. When I had finally stopped my helpless roll I caught sight of Mr. Smith—upside down. Or well, I was actually upside down, but whatever.
He had stopped at the edge of the Earthian parking lot. I guess Earthian Instructors couldn’t travel on the dirt like I could. Lucky break.
I didn’t want to take any chances of him following after me though so I broke out into a full on sprint clear back to Cedric’s yard. Everything on my journey back flew by in one giant smear. If I ran pa

This time it was the planet called Hanaight. It was a total mixture of water, plants and strictly rectangular stone constructions which looked like mixtures of bridges and pavement (with stairs there and here to make climbing onto the waterfalls possible), covered with moss there and here. It seemed that nothing scarier than predatory fishes and hippos can be present here (and no one was going to touch the water, let alone jumping into it). It wasn't so easy.
Samantha Judson, who was the first to step out of TARDIS, squealed with fright - a giant violet flytrap-like flower momentarily grew from the ground almost under her feet and immediately snapped its "jaws" right where there Samantha's hand had been a couple of seconds ago.
"Whack a plant!" sounded from TARDIS, and Doctor was the first to show what to do - the insane flower was gone, as if sucked into the ground. "These will bite your hand off without choking, so be careful! And it especially refers to yo
Spider-Man: Hail to the King Chapter ThreeChapter Three: Impending Doom.
It was late night in New York City, specifically the ruins of Ravencroft, Spider-Man along with Black Cat and Wolverine as they try to figure out just what happened. They also tried not the make themselves sick as virtually no one survived the attack except for the escapees Jack O Lantern and Gabriel Stacy.
“Flash and Andi is going to have a fit when they find out…” Spider-Man said to himself as he tried to look through the security footage.
“Think they’ve planned this?” Black Cat asked.
“Doubt it; the way it looks, someone recruited these psychos.” Wolverine answered as he used his senses to figure out who was at the scene.
Spider-Man then managed to fix the security footage as something got all their attention, Carnage walking along with Gabriel, Jack O Lantern, and what looks like a winged Green Goblin. The heroes already knew that “Carnage” has escaped without leaving a trace; they were shoc
SWtCW: The Home Guard pt. 3Surface of Achilleas, Palladia
Barriss stood amongst a sea of armored durasteel and rubble as they fought in the shadows of the Juggernauts and tanks. The Separatist forces used their own tanks and droids to box them in, but the turreted weapons on the HAVs kept them at bay as Barriss advanced with her infantry deeper into the city. She'd managed to reestablish communications with Master Luminara, apparently the other assaults were proceeding with mixed results. The Achilleans were fighting tooth and nail for their homeworld and Barriss' men, despite being some of the best soldiers in the Republic were getting their teeth kicked in though they were making the Separatist forces pay for it. They weren't going to dislodge her forces from their position anytime soon.
Conradin swore as his tank's turret swiveled and blasted the rampaging fighter tank as it shot by. The Republic LAV took the hit and flipped over and slammed into a building as its repulsor vane snapped off from the AAT's shot
Solatorobo: Half-Life PrologueAfter the death of Eli Vance, Gordon, Alyx, and Dog go to the Borealis to destroy the hazardous cargo, but what is not known is that, all this time, the Borealis was in a slow dimensional flux which is what caused it to vanish in the first place. The trio meets Barney Calhoun on the Borealis as he saw the transmission sent by Judith Mossman. The Borealis goes into a flux while all four are on it and are sent to a parallel dimension along with the Borealis. They arrive in a world of floating islands; some civilized, some not, but the population are all anthropomorphic canines and felines. A canine hunter and his two female companions befriend the four, but because of the dimensional flux, a force the people of the islands thought was gone returns and threatens their world once again. Even worse is that the time between each dimensional flux has decreased on the Borealis, and the Lambda resisters have to choose between saving this dimension or getting back to their own.
